Corporate Profile

BarTron, Inc., incorporated within the State of Michigan in June of 1990. BarTron is a Manufacturers Representative firm, representing companies supplying equipment and consumable supplies to the electronics assembly and related industries.

The Goal of our Corporation is to assist and solve our Customer's process and manufacturing challenges. We do this by utilizing the knowledge and expertise of our Supplier Partnerships.

BarTron successfully represent their principals, within the territory, to all sizes of customers. Having relationships with electronic assemblers, from the largest to the smallest, gives us a total perspective on the industry within the state.

Sales Staff:

Bob Papp ,President
Bob joined BarTron as a Partner and Account Manager in January of 2000. In April of 2010 he took over as President of BarTron. Prior to joining BarTron, Bob was an Account Manager for REStronics Midwest for a period of 10 years, where he was responsible for servicing accounts in the Michigan and N. Ohio markets.

Kris Evans, Account Manager
Kris joined BarTron in the summer of 2010 with over 12 years of experience in the Electronics Industry.  A majority of his experience comes from being an Account Manager for Pioneer Electronics and Kimco Distributing.  From 2005 through the summer of 2010, Kris was responsible for servicing accounts in primarily in Ohio, but also key accounts in Michigan, Western PA, and West Virginia.

Mike Roberts, Founder and Consultant
Mike founded BarTron in 1990 after establishing an extensive background for Sales and Sales Management. Prior to BarTron, Mike was employed by Detrex Corporation. During his tenure at Detrex, Mike held various positions that included Sales, Sales Management, and Operations Management. Today Mike remains with BarTron as a Corporate Consultant.
